Michael T. Foreman M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Michael Foreman grew up in the Chicago area and has built a career grounded in providing compassionate, comprehensive medical care. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1985 and went on to graduate from USC’s Keck School of Medicine in 1989. After completing an internship in Internal Medicine at UCLA in 1990, he returned to Chicago to join Dr. Leonard Silverman at Jackson Park Hospital, where Dr. Silverman had established a Family Practice decades earlier. Following additional residency training at the University of Illinois, Chicago, Dr. Foreman officially joined Dr. Silverman’s practice in 1991.
Dr. Foreman quickly developed a strong passion for caring for patients with work-related and traumatic injuries. With more than 25 years of specialized experience in occupational and personal injury medicine, he has built his career around helping patients recover, rehabilitate, and return to their daily activities. His dedication to this field shaped the mission of Associated Medical Centers of Illinois (AMCI), which has since expanded to six locations and has treated several thousands of patients throughout Chicagoland.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Foreman enjoys swimming, traveling, and going for bike rides. He especially values time spent with his wife, his dog Lyla, and his five children and stepchildren.
